Analyst, Contract & Pricing Administration


As a Contract & Pricing Administration Analyst, you will work as part of our team in a high-volume, fast-paced support role. Along with fundamental contract lifecycle, pricing and systems management, you will be a key internal business partner for our field sales team - assisting in the end-to-end process of contracting: structuring, financial analysis, strategizing - you need to use your business acumen, finance and logic skills to be effective in this integral role at Immucor.

Your specific duties for this role will include:

  • Processing and maintaining customer Instrument, Service, Software, and Reagent contracts

  • Maintaining all customer pricing in applicable systems for customers and GPO's

  • Providing Commercial Operations with financial analytic support, analysis, and business intelligence

  • Processing all customer contract/agreement compliance reporting

  • Preparing, interpreting, and serving as a subject matter expert on spreadsheets/documents regarding pricing, contracts, etc. as requested by customers and Marketing/Sales/Finance Departments

  • Communicating with customers, Sales/Marketing, and Customer Service department by responding to any questions and inquiries

  • Maintaining Customer Master File in ERP system as assigned

  • Processing credits/returns/rebills as assigned

  • Assisting Customer Service with government POs for compliance

  • Assisting with special projects throughout the year as part of individual, team and company objectives

You must be very detail-oriented and organized with excellent time-management and multitasking skills. This role demands the ability to fluidly shift around priorities depending on changing urgencies of requests. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to stay organized and poised under pressure and must have strong analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is naturally important that you display excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact effectively with both external customers and internal staff.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university, in a closely related field of study

  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience

  • Effective teamwork skills

  • Extremely customer service oriented

  • Advanced Excel skills - be prepared to describe your specific use of and experiences with Excel

  • Intermediate level PC and advanced keyboarding skills along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, intermediate skills in Word, and again, advanced skills in Excel

  • Experience in contract administration: reviewing/interpreting, implementing contracts strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, preferred

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferred

  • Working knowledge of leasing and financial principles preferred (NPV, IRR, FASB13, GAAP)
